It’s an exciting time for students’ unions as you start to welcome new membership and we are aware that you will all be working extremely hard. Good news comes as a number of national organisations have committed to support the national demo, including the BYC (http://www.nus.org.uk/en/News/News/National-Organisations-show-their-support-for-the-national-demo/), TUC (http://www.demo2010.org/2010/09/16/tuc-back-demo/) and Student Radio Association (http://www.demo2010.org/2010/09/14/sra-supports-demo/).
We have also had a productive meeting with BUCS, and I am pleased to announce that on Tuesday we will be jointly circulating details to support Unions in this area.
With only 8 weeks to go until the big event we wanted to remind you of the support that NUS has to offer.
